The Christmas Quest is designed as an immersive experience, both indoors and outdoors. Santa welcomes families inside the barn, which offers protection from the elements, but portions of the journey take place outdoors along the Peppermint Path. We recommend dressing for the season and the weather—think warm layers, festive textures, and comfortable footwear that still feels photo-ready.

Each time slot is reserved for immediate family only. Grandparents are always welcome to join the experience.
Separate households—including cousins and close friends—are encouraged to book consecutive time slots. We’re happy to coordinate a group photo when possible; however, each family must reserve its own individual time slot.

Please follow Google Maps or Apple Maps to:
925 Jacktown Rd, Bangor, PA
Parking is limited this season, and we kindly ask that all guests follow instructions carefully for everyone’s safety.
🚫 There is absolutely no parking permitted on Jacktown Road.
Jacktown Road is a busy roadway, and parking there is a safety hazard. Any vehicles parked on Jacktown Road will be towed immediately.✅ Overflow parking will be available on Emerald Valley Lane, approximately 100 yards from the barn. This area will be clearly marked.
We ask all guests to respect our community by:
Staying out of private yards
Not blocking driveways
Leaving the area as clean as you found it
Thank you for helping us be good neighbors.

Guests will not be admitted until the time slot listed on their ticket. However, we strongly recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking and to take your place in line promptly. This helps ensure a smooth, magical experience for everyone.
-
We encourage families to take photos throughout the outdoor experience and share the magic—tagging us on social media is always appreciated!
However, cell phones are not permitted inside The Christmas Room with Santa. This moment is intentionally preserved for professionally captured imagery, which will be beautifully edited and delivered to you. To protect the experience for every family, no exceptions will be made to this policy.

While Santa adores all creatures great and small, The Christmas Quest is a pet-free experience. With so many families visiting, the risk of accidents, damage, or lingering odors is simply too high—even Rudolph has to stay home for this one.

Access to The Christmas Room can accommodate wheelchairs. At this time, however, the outdoor portion of the experience is not wheelchair-friendly. This is something we sincerely hope to expand and improve in the coming years.
If a member of your party will be participating in a wheelchair please note this on your reservation so we can be prepared to help make the experience as seamless as possible.
